When I'm practicing (and also meets from time to time) on the road, I get very tired, sometimes even at the beginning. My legs did not hurt, and I'm (out of breath that can be recorded). I feel very tired, so I can go faster and I just want to sit. I do not know what I can not be better for me so tired.

I run like 5 miles per day and in the first mile of the instant messaging and tired and if I do I do after 1 400 Gang tired.
